A Little Help Computer Services has been in business for 19+ years and you always know who will be working on your computer and who has access to your potentially confidential files and pictures. Do you want to trust a teenager with your information, data and pictures?

We cost less, have a faster turn around and want you to be completely satisfied with the work we do. But if you want to wait longer and pay more let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

How much will it cost?
Most Service calls are around $100- $125.  Phone estimates are free.  Diagnostics are $35 and will be applied towards your service.

How long does it take?
Our typical turnaround time is 2 days or less. Compare that to our competitors that may have your computer for weeks.

What products do we service?
We fix all brands of computers and laptops. We fix both software and hardware issues. Malware and Virus removal and protection. Software and Hardware installations and replacements.  Laptop screen replacement, hard drive replacements.

What do we sell?
A Little Help Computer Services is a Registered Reseller of computer and electronic equipment. We are required to collect sales tax on products we sell. We stock common items to repair computers but we do not have a retail store or retail hours so please call us to get an estimate on equipment you might be looking for. We will occasionally have used computers to sell.

What is our warranty on Service and Products we sell?
Computer parts will carry a manufacturer’s warranty and the manufacturer will be responsible for all warrantied repairs. Services we provide will have a standard 30 day warranty but we will always try to resolve any issues in a reasonable manner.

Payments and Customer responsibility.
We accept Checks and Cash, in certain circumstances we will accept Credit Cards through PayPal if pre-arranged.   

Customers are responsible for picking up their equipment in a reasonable amount of time. Equipment left more than 30 days after completion and notification of completion are subject to being forfeited if prior arrangements and payments are not made.
